Automatic Web Tension Controller
OMSHAM Automatic Tension Controller is, closed loop controller, used in combination with OMSHAM Load Cells and OMSHAM Particle Brakes and Clutches.
The main functions of the Auto Tension Controller are described below
The Auto Tension Controller compares the set tension with actual tension and provides excitation to the Powder Brake or Clutch so, that required web tension is maintained.
The Auto Tension controller is supplied in a wall mounting type, steel fabricated, powder coated control cabinet. It works on 230V , 50Hz, single phase AC supply.
Following Operators controls and indications are provided on the front panel
Application :
This controller is used for following application, in various machines such as Slitting Machine, Rotogravure Printing Machine, Coating and Laminating Machines, Web inspection machines, Doctoring Machines, etc. for processing Paper and Paper Boards, Polyester and other plastic materials, Aluminium Foil etc.
