Manual Tension Controller
Manual Tension controller is supplied in a wall mounted type, sheet steel fabricated, powder coated control cabinet. It is designed to use with OMSHAM magnetic particle brakes (Powder Brakes) and clutches.
Following controls and indications are provided
The controller works on 230V, Single Phase, 50Hz, AC power supply. It gives excitation of 0-24V , 4.5 Amps Maximum, DC supply to the Powder devices.
Option is offered for accepting external 0-10V DC signal as a set tension signal on request.
Application :
Manually controlled unwind and rewind applications, in the machines such as Slitting Machine, Rotogravure Printing Machine, Coating and Laminating Machines, Web inspection machines, Doctoring Machines, etc.
